It's fun quilting with raw wool fibre, no felting or spinning. Cot blankets,landscape quilts, shawls,ponchos, vests etc are made in no time. The quilting holds the fibres in place. The result is a soft garment or quilt . You can use wool and silk mix, or any fibre you like to create your own 1 of a kind. I have quilted with silk,cotton and metalic threads. You don't use alot of the raw fibre to avoid the burden of weight.
